The value for money at this hotel is excellent. For a reasonable price, you can stay in the center of the city, within walking distance from the metro and close to the harbor. The location is perfect, with easy access to the center and attractions. The staff are polite and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. The rooms, although small and with an internal window, offer a view of Notre Dame de la Garde, adding a unique touch to the stay.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

Great Location; Good Value. We recently stayed at a hotel in Marseille for a romantic escape and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We were able to explore the city easily and even took day trips to nearby areas thanks to the convenient transport hubs. Additionally, the continental buffet breakfast offered at the hotel was a highlight, with a range of delicious pastries, fresh fruit.
Room and Service Could Be Better. However, there were a few aspects of our stay that were less than ideal.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel which offered a great breakfast with a variety of fresh options. The location was perfect, with easy access to markets and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
The hotel had some negative aspects such as poor maintenance of the rooms and lack of attention to some amenities like the elevator. The room lacked proper lighting and the bathroom facilities needed refurbishment.

Everything was right, rooms beautiful, modern and clean, top location
Parking for hotel guests costs extra and is a few minutes away from the hotel

The room was clean and air-conditioned. And although it was located at the street-side, it was not a noisy room because the windows were soundproof. The hotel is located very near to a metro (subway) station.
Breakfast is way too expensive for what you get. Better go out and eat in one of the nearby 'brasseries', two blocks down the road.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the peak time of the year. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location is unbeatable, being within easy walking distance to the Old Port and conveniently close to public transport options, making it easy to explore the city.
No major issues, all was okay.

Well located close to subway and Vieux Port.

The location is very good, just in the center of Marseille and very close to the old port.
The room is small and the natural light is not enough. The bathroom is also small and the bath curtain cannot totally hold the water.

We loved the location of the hotel - it was close to the city center and within walking distance to the harbor. The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning, which was a great relief from the heat. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always ready to offer suggestions for things to do and see in this city. Additionally, the hotel offered a 24-hour public parking pass for a reasonable fee, which was convenient for us.
Can't fault anything about it.

The only two things that I liked were a) the location, which was good, and b) the receptionist that worked on Sunday, Ms. Agustina, who was gentle and friendly
The other people of the hotel were neither friendly nor helpful. It seemed that whatever we asked for, we were bothering them. Example: the safebox did not work and during our 3 day/2night stay, noone came to repair it. The lights by the bed did not work either and nobody came to repair them. We were in a family room and we only had one big towel and 3 small ones. When we asked for more, the night receptionist did not know where the towels were.
